The Contactor catalog is a collection of vendors and services for events. Here you can find venues, catering, decor, hosts, DJs, photo and video specialists, transport, equipment, security, event agencies and other services for organizing events.

Services are subcategories inside a main category. They help you understand faster which exact services a section includes. For example, in the “Venues” category the services might be country villas, restaurants and banquet halls, event spaces, rooftop venues and conference spaces. So “5 services” means there are 5 separate types of service inside the category.

You can start with search, open one of the categories, or go into a specific service inside a category. If you know exactly what you are looking for, use search. If you are still choosing your event format, start with categories and look at the available services.

Open the vendor’s listing and press the contact button. You can fill in an enquiry form and describe what you need, or choose direct contact via the “Contact vendor” button and then “Contact directly”. If the vendor left contact details, you can use the available channels: phone, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or others.

Yes. Contactor helps you find a vendor and open their contact details. If the vendor added direct contacts to their listing, you can reach out to them directly without extra middlemen.

Yes. All listings go through manual moderation before they are published in the catalog. We check that a listing is filled in correctly, belongs to the right category and does not break the platform rules.

Yes. Submitted reviews go through manual moderation. This helps keep the catalog quality high, reduce spam and remove unsuitable or unreliable content.

Contactor keeps expanding its catalog of event vendors. If a service isn’t there yet, you can use search, come back later, or offer your own service as a vendor by creating a business listing.
